In American Studies, students learn about the complex and diverse culture, society, and history of the United States. Students will analyze American society, incorporating aspects of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and inequality, and explore more deeply the relationship between the US and the rest of the world, especially as it affects and relates to the countries of the Asia Pacific.
