Learning to co-create the future of Asia and the world
Asia today is faced with many forms of conflict and tension. To deal with these issues, there is a need for mutual understanding and cooperative relationships. The Asian studies major seeks to apply an interdisciplinary approach to examine what it means to co-exist among these diverse Asian societies. ICU is home to the Institute of Asian Cultural Studies, and it plays a role as a center of academic and cultural exchange between the West and the East. We encourage students to learn what is needed to co-create the future of Asia and the world.
